Suggestions for Job Change(EFA experience- FP&A)

Hi! I’m an EFA Analyst at Deloitte. When I switch, which companies can I focus within the FP&A/ EFA work profile. I feel I’m underpaid when compared to freshers which makes me feel demotivated. All suggestions would be really appreciated!😃
