I’m considering buying an automatic car. Use case: 60% city & 40% highway.
Considering either Honda Amaze or i20 sportz IVT. Any suggestions ?

Suggestions for Automatic transmission car
Hi folks, I am planning to buy my first Automatic Transmission Car since I have to travel much in traffic and don't travel long distances. My family had Ford Figo Diesel variant which I am familiar with. Looking for a hatchback and not too much costly.

You can check out Tiago, Altroz and Punch. All have automatic transmission but in petrol. Altroz does have diesel manual.

Yes baleno/swift considering city, economical. But if you are looking for perfomance and driving pleasure but for automatic - I wouldn’t settle anything less than a VW (polo automatic) or Honda/Toyota.
P.S I own a VW vento TSI automatic been a delight since 5 years with no issues at all. 80% city drive in mumbai and quarterly mumbai pune . Fuel avg 8-10kmpl in city with traffic. 11-13 when no traffic , 15-17 on highways.
