I did HTML, Css, JavaScript, React.js , Redux . Should I start applying for Frontend roles or should I learn something more

Read the entire react docs mainly the learning section https://react.dev/learn

And start applying in parallel. Expect at least 3 months and 10 interviews to get a job. Just be positive and learn.

Make some projects using the skills you learned, host it, add it to your resume and then apply.

The honest truth is that this is extremely bare minimum. There are 1000s of people if not lacks who have learned the tech you mentioned. You can’t stand out with this.
Try to work on some real world open source projects. Check GSoC past organizations and their projects. You’ll find a lot of beginner friendly projects and issues you can work on.

If you have 4-5 projects then you can go for interviews. Best of luck 🤞
