Hey!! I'm working in TCS since Dec 2021, And I'm drawing 8.5 lpa after clearning WINGS 1. When we think long term, staying is good in TCS or I should make up my mind to switch?

Switch. If you get C band your Wings 1 incentive will be taken away. Also annual hikes are not that good. So unskill and try to switch.
