suggestion to continue or quit

Hi folks recently I joined mphasis as a fresher which is a pay of 3.25 lpa and training period which will be 2.50lpa ,I also enrolled in pgp dsba in great lakes where the placement should be started at March 2024 ,In my company there is a bench policy where if ur in bench ur salary is halved and the bond period is about 2yrs and I scored 90+ in my pgp course @great lakes could you kindly suggest me that I should continue this company or wait for the data science job in great lakes
