I suggest ..confess to your wife and surrender.. She will be able to definitely help you by pledging her jewels or getting some help from her family/ friends circle or if she got any savings... Atleast if she is able to gather some 30-40% of money.. then try finding other solutions for next 60% by freelancing works in weekends

Couple of years ago, I was addicted to betting as well to achieve F.I.R.E and I would call it my darkest phase ever. I had the same thoughts (of committing s**cide), but then my family members could see it something’s wrong with me until they figured out.
I took so many personal loans that I’m paying for it now and might continue pay for the next 4-5 years.
Just know that I’m paying 1.32 L EMI be left with almost nothing.
Since I was working remotely then, I was saving a lot and this evil thought of betting and earning more kicked in. But it’s been over a year that the remote option was revoked and i had to get back to my work location. Yes, I’ve been a victim of cyber fraud and that has pushed me in such a dark hole that it might take many-many years to get back to where I was.
Know that things will only get better from here and we just need to be positive. Lay low, be humble and never ever let any m**erf*ing app or person trap you into betting. Remember! You are not alone on this.

Sell Your house first asap and close all the card loans. Once you settle down economically, you can buy another house with less budget and save n invest your income in good financial instruments

Your main burden seems to be the home loan. Firstly speak up with your wife and if possible move out of the home loan and stay in rent just for 1.5 years and repay your 14 lakh. Once done buy your new home and in between also try for job switch. I would have done this in your situation. Everything will be sorted in just 1.5 years max.

Its tough because strong, respected people can do the following Get up at 4 AM workout hard, run , skip, push-up, lift everyday and watch, study motivational videos. read a lot simultaneously you will grow up as a new entity. Enjoy the phase... Train hard... Feel good.

Think about this—if your wife finds out you’re gone, can she really handle that pain? Leaving your loved ones behind in endless hurt is not the answer. Leaving your loved ones behind won’t solve anything. Every problem has a way out, so choose to be the man who faces it, fights through it, and comes back stronger. You’re stronger than this moment. 💪

Betting addiction is tough, and it’s awesome you want to change — that’s the biggest step. Don’t let the stress make you feel hopeless; your life matters way more than any loan or money issue. I know things feel really dark right now, but your life is way more valuable than any problem. Every struggle is temporary, and there are better days waiting for you. Hold on, keep believing in yourself—you have the strength to turn this around and find peace. 🌟

Use provident fund money for home loan and reduce emi. Then for additional loan you may take new loan or home refurbishment loan. Also, if you tell your wife you lost 14 lakhs, and need support I doubt she will not help you in this. Put some gold or stuff for reducing liability. You are overthinking it's manageable.
