Suggestion please

Accenture with 28lpa (Ahmedabad)or pwc AC with 27.2 lpa(hyderabad). Which one I should go with and why? Totsl Exp- 8.1 years Area - sap technical Current- 19 lpa

Accenture CTC is included variable pay which is 18% to 27% and PwC CTC is fixed 27.2 LPA also mininum 10% yearly bonus which is excluded from 27.2. Go with PwC AC. I was having almost similar condition 5 months back.
