Sure bro Round 1 - Technical Assessment (2 Easy DSA questions + 15 MCQs). [45min] Round 2 - Technical Interview- 1 : Focused on Java Core, Springboot, SQL, Docker, Handson [50min] Round 3 - Technical Interview- 2 : LLD + Projdect specific questions (How to design X component and etc) [40min] Round 4 - Managerial - Standard MR questions (he was more focused on business side and client handling) [35min] Round 5 - HR - Standard HR Discussion [30min]

My colleague(6YOE) was in the same position.. He had an offer from Accenture and another MNC..

Accenture offered 18 and here they offered 16.5.. He decided to stay considering various factors..

Please note: His retention offer will be released within 2 weeks before LWD.. So now his final decision would be dependent on that..
