Suggestion please

Hi,

I am in bench for 4 months . And I am in LWP for past 2 months for medical leave . I have learned that many are getting laid off who are on bench . I haven't receive salary for past months. If I try outside they are asking for last working day confirmation. Whether I should resign by myself or waiting for HR call ? I am going to report in next 2 weeks . If I got call from HR ,am I eligible for salary
