Suggestion please..

How many no shows would not impact my variable pay / 85% attendance in a quarter? In April and May I had only one no show and 4 exceptions, rest either leaves or I have reported to office. How many no show I can afford in June month so that there is no impact on variable pay. Also if I just swipe in out , will that work like 0-3 hours ?
