Suggestion on which company to join

I have 4+ YOE in Supply chain, already working in TCS. Currently having below CTC, TCS - 14 lpa (retaination) Bosch - 15 lpa Wipro - 16 lpa

Which company to join or it is better to retain.

Also you can think bosch as per knowledge it's a product based company inhouse projects will be more better go for bosch only it's only suggestion but it's upto you whether to decide or not
