Suggestion on Skipping employer

I worked on company A for 5+ years. Joined company B worked for 6 months and then joined company C months for 6 months. When joining D can I hide company B altogether? In resume/ LinkedIn. They would know from EPF but will that lead to rejection ?

Noo don’t hide it. EPF History would obviously show about Company B. Just curious did any questions arise about switching the company within 6 months while joining company C.
