Suggestion on resignation

I am on bench right now. I have confirmed with one project and waiting for allocation.Not sure on when they will provide them. My friends told me to attend the interviews outside for safer side. But other companies asking for last confirmation mail. My teammate received mail from tcs HR for discussion. Whether she will resign on her own or not . I am scared whether to resign without any proper offers or not . I am the only earning person in my family. Whether I have to serve notice period of 3 months? Or wait for HR to ask about it ? Already given confirmation to project But swon not allocated I?
Broo.. no company will ask for "confirmation mail" before releasing their offer..
ask them to release an offer with the DOJ within the next 10days and after that you will immediately share the confirmation mail..
People on bench need to get allocated in 35 business days, else you will come under the HR radar.
So I would advice prepare for interviews attend interviews. Since you are on bench it’s easy to get released faster. You don’t have to serve 3 months notice also if you convince RMG person.
