Trending @Infosys; Suggestion on how to increase DQ

Hello infoscians,

Need your suggestion on how DQ works. Even after so many lex learnings and certifications I cannot see an increase in my DQ. As on bench I was told that gaining max points on DQ increases the chances of getting into the project.
