I wonder how people use business jargons to communicate so effectively I really want to improve my communication skill & speak fluently using such fancy words

I’m in same boat, I know if I have fluency in my English, I must me getting double salary as I getting today , having good technical understanding but due to not having good English I have to compromise my package
