Trending @Accenture; Suggestion needed on Direct Payroll and Not a Direct Payroll company.

One of my friends has one offer directly from a good MNC and another offer is there where Payroll Company is different and the working company is a MNC (means Not direct Payroll). From the second offer he is getting a better package than the first one. Please suggest which one to join.
