Trending @Accenture; Suggestion needed for resignation

Am having too much work pressure & extending working hours in current project.Shall I put resignation now without offer in hand ? by August 24 I will get 2 years of experience.within 1 month I have to secure a new offer.

Or should I wait for getting offer first from August 24 then put resignation?

Which is better to do ? Please help

First resign.. there are lot of opportunities in market for less than 10 yrs of exp. But no one would wait for 90days .

No one will accept 90 days notice period these days . Use this one month for preparing for interviews and resign.

one stock crash will come in september october
don’t know how will market behave that time

october to dec you don’t get much opening, preference is for 3 yoe most of the places

is work pressure because of your skill issue then it means you need to upskill, best way is to take responsibility in current project and sit extra hours to gain those skills if required

if you think this is coz of poor management then pls create your boundaries, learn to say no and work as much is required and not expected

but still you getting more work and pressure means good things provided you are getting more responsibility and learning.
