Suggestion Needed ASAP

My first project in TCS is in CMI unit. The client is STC. I got allocated to it without my concern.

Its a 24/7 support project. They gabe 3 months KT. Client interview happened. I rejected the project due to shift issues. They arranged a call with HR that is yet to happen. Mostly, they will try to convince me.

Now , I want to to whether to accept it and switch after 1-1.5 yrs or resign now and plan for job switch ir Masters because even having 1 year of Exp in support role has no value at all ?

I dont have much time, so please drop your suggestions asap 😁

See,if you are fresher you have to go with whatever that they provide in the case of project..In case of are having some issues with shift mentioned above just discuss it with HR which you would be soon having a call according to ur mentioning or else just escalate it your project management or directly to the client...If none of them works just stay in that project for minimum 2 years where you could utilise with the time for preparing yourself to switch...You can go for masters if you are more interested in building a better career by acquiring more knowledge from the same...Choose wisely .. Wishing best of luck for your career👍

The thing is I could somehow managed to do it if it was a good role. But its a support role that too having rotational shift. Why waste time on a role which gives me nothing and top of that spoiling my health. Problem is they don't seem to listen my problem. I got oppurtunity as a developer in Microsoft client. They didn't let me go into that project saying there is an issue from RMG side 🤦🏻.

If you are stuck in such a way where management is making it difficult to take release from the project and as it's difficult for you to make a switch due to criteria of not having min experience..In the case the only way I could suggest is to move on by focusing on the final option of your convenience by securing a master's degree which would be very helpful for landing you in a better opportunity at a good company..
