I m an 11.5yoe AI ML Engineer,got offer from Chevron (47 lpa), Walmart (46 lpa)and Optum (56lpa )with as fixed components. Which one would be better in terms of work culture and learning.

Besides this I have heard only good stuff about optum and they are paying well too. You can also check out wallmart. My best advice would be to spend some money and meet people working in this companies on topmate since its a big decision both in terms of career and finances.

You can also try for simillar openings in uber,astronomical pay afaik.
