Suggestion needed

Hi everyone! I’m currently working on a European account, but I’ll be finishing my project in two months. I’m interested in exploring new opportunities within Tcs, preferably in U.S.-based projects. Any suggestions on how to approach internal transfers or get involved in new projects would be greatly appreciated. I’m on an H-1B visa, so any tips on navigating that would also be helpful.
