Hi All, I am having around 5.3 years of experience in java fullstack,currently I am working with Capgemini with 13 lpa package Now I have received offer from carelon global solutions with 19 lpa.So someone from carelon suggest me whether I should join carelon or not and how is the job security there at carelon and work life balance and projects.
