Suggestion in Switch

I am having 3yrs in one particular techstack and I now wanted to pivot my career to other techstack. So I need some tips to how to tailor my resume for this desired techstack accordingly because I had no "professional experience" in this desired techstack. I had tried to include projects but that is not working. Not been able to shortlist. Any help!!!!!!!
