Suggestion in life and health insurances

I would like to get some suggestions in life and health insurance. I was exploring the policy bazar but that didn't help much. Can you please suggest what are the good insurances? In health I see HDFC ergo and ICICI Lombard I don't want to have co pay in my health insurance. In life insurance, not sure
