Trending @Capgemini; Suggestion for switch

I have been working in CG for the last 2.5 years, and joined as a fresher as A5. Working on automation testing with Java and selenium. I am thinking of switching to another company now. In this appraisal cycle, I got 1 rating and was promoted to B1. After the hike, my CTC is 8.5 LPL. I am confused, if the other companies will be Willing to offer atleast 50% hike for testing domain with around 3 years experience.
