Suggestion for PwC or EY GDS

I’ve received two comparable consulting offers in Kolkata - Senior Associate at PwC India and Senior Consultant at EY GDS. While the roles are similar, EY GDS has extended a more competitive compensation package. I’m seeking guidance on which opportunity to pursue.
