suggestion for moving on

I am feeling low and tired most of the days, not having interests in most of the things i do. Difficult in focusing on work. I want to skill up myself but not able to do. Don't know why and what's disturbing subconsciously. Giving a little background of where it went unmanageable for me, is I had a dear one passed away and few months later my gf broke up with me without proper reason. I dont want to go much into details so just scratching the surface.

Trying to move on but it's getting hard. Recently hadnt thought much about it but if something comes up in my mind, then the rest of the day or the next 2 days is f**kd up.

She might have been married by now. The thing is still I am worried about her whether her family forced her into the decision or she took it.

If she took it, then given to my current state how can she ghost me/ leave me like this where I am already broken down. Didn't even think of giving a proper breakup.

I think I'm halfway through but I want to forget everything and want to be in a state like, shouldn't even flinch a bit if I see her again. Looking for suggestions to move on and focus in my own life.

Sorry guys! I think i am ranting here...

Go and hit the gym or MuayThai class, doing running every morning, will help you to come out of depression. Also you can focus on the things which make you more happy, start doing it.

Initially it will be hard, but after a few days you will see the changes, even if you don't like to do it, then do it anyway, push yourself.

  1. You are "almost always one good person" away from moving on
  2. Distracting yourself is just like pushing those emotions somewhere deep, it makes u feel like u have moved on, but reality might differ.

How to move on? Dk depends person to person, just face ur emotions, sit with urself.. don't panic you should be fine. Else Idk. YMMV.

Just give yourself time and keep yourself occupied with other things. Spend more time with friends and family, hobbies, exercise etc. Don't try to block your thoughts, that might make it worse. Let it all happen, let yourself feel sad and grieve properly. Once it's out of your system in some time, you will feel better.
