Trending @Capgemini; Suggestion for job change.
I am from 2 yrs with CG now(Joined as a fresher), With the skills of Full Stack developer and working on projects as billable, I now don't feel like continuing with the firm since the management under which I am feels so toxic and overpressurized, also the recent ratings and promotion was worst based on the efforts I kept in, so will it be okay if I go for a job change , if yes then with what can I start ? As if some leads ? And what can be the hike I can expect considering I have 2 YOE and currently 4.25LPA in CG?

Initially for a fresher, to be in lateral space it takes 3 years.
1st 18months one promotion and increment
2nd 35months another increment cycle
Later this cycle changes and freshers comes in lateral cycle which is yearly increment and promotion based on performance.
I understand, promotion may be slow but if you work hard then there is always a good increment, it's just you need to do something out of the box.
For promotion, the managers keeps assigning you task for one grade above to see whether you are able to cope it or not and in the get success they write your promotion readiness. Eg: ready now, ready in 3 months, etc etc which is reviewed and then considered for your promotion

Even though ,but still the promotion and ratings and reviews are unexpected, despite working smart enough for them. I haven't even received the promotion letter yet , Idk whther I will be even promoted or not , I joined as A4 and I am still A4 only.

Generally within 2 years you may get a promotion,
18 months is the one they say but they will check how much time you were there on bench, how long you have been billable, etc etc

I'm also in the same situation, no hike, freshers are getting more than experienced people's
