Trending @Infosys; Suggestion about carrer

Hi folks , I joined Infosys as fresher and I completely 2 year today I have 1 year experience in manual testing and also in automation but not that much.i have package of 3.90 lpa. So could you please suggest me when I need to switch my job now or after getting promotion like I don’t know even I will get or not but my performance is good in my job project. Please suggest me can I switch or after promotion?
