This sept I'll be completing 3 years. Sitting at 4.8 LPA
Carrying overall 5 years of experience.

Thought it was the budget issue at the previous project, I changed it

Shall I expect something and stay or what?

This is very bad 😳. Please switch to another company. I have 1.8 years of total experience with a fixed pay of 4.26lpa.

Thanks 👍🏻
Working on something. Some skills. Will do it in the next 2-3 months. Meanwhile I'll check the possibility of the next cycle

You are underpaid clearly. Ask for a hike this annual cycle and if there don’t promise it then just move out.

Switching to another company would be the best option. I've seen many companies making false promises of giving onsite/ pay hikes just to retain employees. Another company would be willing to pay you based on your experience and will pay you more than your existing package.

You can earn more than you’re making in Accenture at that experience. I think most people with 2-3 yrs experience are getting 6lpa (Variable included) in Accenture. Please don’t have any hopes that Accenture will give something. Switch ASAP.

Start applying man, market is open for experienced candidates. You can easily expect 100% hike depending on your technology. Do not wait for the next 2-3 months i already fell for that trap it's just a waste of time. You can prepare for interviews now
