Suggestion

I had asked for an internal transfer to bangalore . I am currently working in Mumbai it's been more than 1.5 months I have applied for IJP bit not response. Now I have an offer from TCS. Plz suggest what should I do as I am getting a decent hike in TCS. I want to join TCS bt not in Mumbai.. I am really confused what to do
