Hi Guys, I need one suggestion as I am having one offer around 35% hike and Wipro assured to match the offer but it will be done in January and my last working day is 12th December. Can I trust them and revoke the paper or leave it as it is.

Ask them to give the hike letter that states they will match the offer or atleast a written email involving HR and manager.
Sure I have asked them for same, let's see
I would suggest just leave. Once you resign, the relation with the manager is never the same. You don't know how you will be treated after the hike at current employer.
Unless you have location and family dependencies my suggestion is to switch
The main reason due to family and location I was thinking to stay
If you want to stay, tell them to share the bonus latter in advance
Don't trust it will be a scam
