Plm stop conducting games. It doesn't motivate us. Its an irritation. With a knife of ayoffs and "performance appraisal" hanging over our heads, the last thing an employee wants to do is play house and scribble.
The office is not for fun. Co workers are not our friends. The company is not our family.

Haha I love this idea of finding fun online games for team meets — it’s so underrated how much a simple game can break that awkward Zoom silence. But honestly, people always go for trivia or Pictionary and forget how many cool options are out there now. We recently tried some online mini-games from platforms that mix casual play with small rewards — like https://1win-promo-code.net/bonuses/ , that’s 1win’s page where Indian users grab casino and gaming bonuses. It added a funny “competitive edge” to our call without getting too serious. You’d be surprised how much more engaged everyone gets when there’s a playful stake involved!

I guess you need to do some sort of provider reviews before even picking a game. I remember a couple of months ago I was testing online platforms to see if any of them were worth a shot. Found a review on https://onlinecasinogambling.in/ was genuinely helpful. The important thing was that many casinos offered high welcome packages plus extensive game collections, and it took me some time to compare them and choose the one that seemed the best for me. But believe me, it was worth the time that I invested.

Ideally, don't play games. Give them that extra time, let them do what they like. Time and money is more important to employees than "engagement".

At the very least, make it optional. And go for proper multiplayer games like on steam or consoles or something. There's still plenty of people who play counter strike and dota.

Ask your employees and give them what they want.
