Go electronic free for 1 day a week. Then make it 2 days after 3 months.
Pick a hobby that involves physical activity, and something to do with your hands if you are a man. If you are a woman start something creative.

Going electronics free for 1 full day is not easy. It includes mobile, Tv, tablet. YouTube whatsapp everything. Am right now doing 10 hrs in a single day. After a lot of struggle.

Listening to instrumental western classical music, especially sad, slow pieces, that don't have frequent changes in tempo or volume, helps me destress and feel calmer.

Also if you can, read a little bit about the composer and the piece, and what's the story / context behind the particular piece, which will help you understand and enjoy the nuances of the piece better.

Enjoy! 🙂
