I have resigned in infosys, but my project manager and senior project manager approved to give some percentage and now HR coming back to me mentioned finance team has approved to give hike.,but it takes time.. May be after 3 months... Do we trust and how to tackle the situation
If you have a better job offer; please move ahead . Let me be brutally honest. No one is indispensable. Developers and administrators are dime a dozen. If HR or your pm/spm is offering you some hike that’s not because they value appreciate your value, that % is just the replacement cost to get another person which anyway the company would have spent .
