What if I don't use my Annual leave, will i get some compensation for that, and can i also use my current remaining annual leaves for next year's month. Please tell me how does this work.

18 leaves carry forward from the current year and the rest auto encash

Only 12 Annual leaves will be carried forward to next year, rest will be encashed and it will be the basic pay.

@WorstCattle you will receive the basic pay for that day few leaves are carry forward also . Check LMS
