Suggest me some passive income you guys generate while working in IT.could be from anything like business ,rentals…..

With this salary, i can't make any investments for getting some passive income. Also I'm not confident about a side hustle. So last i started a yt channel hoping it can become my main income and this job as a side hustle 😂. Jokes apart, making content gives some relaxation.

Also if you have bandwith then teaching or moonlighting (negotiations to give salary in wife account etc)

Investment for 10 years in shares, gold lic etc and then 10th year put in real estate for rental income. Repeat every 5 years..
