Suggest me for this.. pls
I have been in working in my current company since 2.6 years but I didn't get any promotion. Maybe due company politics or any other things. And when we ask for promotion they will say it will given in next quarter but it has been seen more over quarters since i have joined When I started my career in my first project I have been in for 2 years when I supposed to get the promotion the project got ended then I moved to other project now it's been 6 months and even here I have no hope for promotion since i joined I have been training itself so how can I get promotion here as of now so no idea what to do now because I have been working for salary Since 2 years So I planned for move from this company and search outside? Readers pls suggest good advice.. what to do now 🙏🙏🙏

As of now i thinking that if I get at least 40 - 50% more hike salary outside then i should go because af now I'm working from home there is less expense compared to work from office.. there is no near by any tech parks atleast i want 1 1/2 or 2 hrs to any tech parks when I think of it.. i choose for any work from home job or this current job itself to continue..
Sometimes I think as of now to continue with this current job and look for any passive income from working in home it will easy
But I'm in confusion pls suggest me any good solution for me 🙏😔
