Hi, I have been with CTS for past 10 years and my CTC is still at 12.6 L. Now, i have started looking for oppurtunities and How much CTC can i expect with overall experience of 11 years and with PLSQL, SQL & Linux background?
try joining Indian Banks(not govt) ... in their data warehousing and data analytics teams. lot of people in analytics and advanced analytics are too lazy/slow to do the data prep work. you could get paid above 24L at least to the dirty(data) work.
but you should have an open mind on understanding various source systems /products in the bank. the bank actually pays for the accumulated knowledge of data mainly and not much for your SQL skills.
try applying in banks that are scaling now... Indus ind, csb, yes bank, etc
