All i wanna say is
You should never resign without having any offer. But you salary is way lower than industry standards. You definitely will get good offer, just start giving interviews. Easily you can get Above 15 lpa. As Bangalore is way too expensive.

Take referral for every job possible. And if someone you are really close with ask them also to fill your forms like in other companies.
It can decrease your overall load.

Also someone told me that you should put 15 days notice period or 0 in job portal. As they reject who has 3 months period. After interview or during hr you can request or discuss with them about. This way you are not auto rejected.

Hope it helps.

Bro urgently you need to have rigourous upskilling and move out from here. You're heavily underpaid.

Bro first you need to take a risk bro. Bro for u, u will easily get 25 to 30 LPA outside. 3 Months notice period nobody is accepting. Just try for referrals or else just resign and start applying for jobs. I Resigned I am 4 years experienced. I am trying outside. If you font take risk your salary won't increase. Just jump and try for jobs. Don't stay in tcs
