Suggest how to switch jobs from tcs

I have 5.6 years experience in tcs with 5.8 lakhs package.I am looking to switch companies with 2 years django+ python experience.I have been giving interviews but most of them were expecting 4+ years experience in python. Please suggest on preparation and how to apply for jobs to switch quickly
