I have two offers in hand.

Accenture: 25.6 LPA + 27% variable, base location: Kolkata

S&P Global: 31.62 LPA + 15% variable, base location: Hyderabad
Current CTC: 17.5 LPA Experience: 10 years Home/Current Location: Kolkata
Please suggest to me which one should be the best option for career & financial growth, WLB and job security.

Management level 8
Accenture gives you only a 10% bonus every year.
It is just on paper
& last two years there is no increment
s&p global for sure. Dont fall for that 27% crap from Accenture. U barely get 5-12%
