My personal favourite brunch spot is Fig and Maple, in M Block Market, GK2. The plating is definitely for the gram and the food (at least the few staples I get) are amazing.

Cafe Dori in Chhatarpur is also very Grammable but I've only heard good first hand reviews - never made it there yet.

Carnatic Cafe is decent as well (they've gone downhill a lot but still serviceable) - I think they have a branch in GGN.
