Suddenly inside screen is shaky and not working

I was on call on teams and suddenly screen appeared as shown below..if i off and check there is no scratch on screen but inside something had happened. I have raised ticket as well for it. Will TCS fix it or I shud pay for it kindly help me know

There are saying we need to go to office and check and raise some ticket with HP and we can get some quotation on it and then some set of approvals and get it replaced

Yes it's a physical damage. Happened with my laptop too. Full screen gone. But they replaced.

In my case nothing was deducted from my salary. Yes it was HP

Raise a ticket with infra team and then procurement team will raise a request a Ariba request along with your managers approval then procurement will be complete and your screen will be replaced

For me the exact same,i repaired on my own ,it costs 8k as through quatation it was coming high around 15k so i took the help of same HP guy he did it

Yes you can do , because once quatation will be raised as its a physical damage then you cant do anything,then you have to repair it through Tcs .

Go to your near by hp service center and check if it is under warranty, if it is then get it replaced there itself. I had followed this and after that call IS team to close ticket that you might have raised.

First check da not directly give it for repair. If it's under warranty raise ticket and then follow the process as guided by IS team. And it would repaired by hp service centre people by TCS raised ticket to IS team.

Connect with IT team, they will repair it. These things come with insurance. And looking at the screen it is damaged (physical) at top right corner! Bhai yeha pe you are anonymous!
