Such a weird place to work at.
They want to reduce the headcount by imposing bloodsucking policies and slashing the salaries. Neither they want to make it easy for the employees to leave by have in a non negotiable notice period. WTF?! They ultimately want us to suffer and work simultaneously.

Organizational policies change throughout time. All we need to do is adjust to these changes (😂During the interview, everyone tells HR that we are highly flexible)If you ever feel like this isn't the place for you, please look for another opportunity. Otherwise, you will continue to suffer or struggle.
