I’ve had the privilege of working with one of the top banks in America, where I’ve witnessed a highly mature CI/CD and DevOps pipeline — one that continues to evolve daily. The level of automation, security measures, and pre-approved release processes reflect a well-structured system that enables the team to handle deployments on a daily basis with remarkable efficiency.

My advice to the younger generation is to focus on building strong practical skills. While securing a job in the AI-driven era may seem challenging, remember that no form of artificial intelligence can fully replace human intelligence. Self-belief is crucial — trust in yourself and commit to continuous learning and improvement.
