Start at 12 (B2) and progress to 14.3 (B2) over a period of 3 years

With succeeding rating mostly you will not get promoted… for promotion it requires exceeding or exceptional.

But It also depends on your supervisor/N+1 they have option in success factor form…ask them whether they have processed your profile for promotion or not?

There is no guarantee for anything. I got 1 rating twice and no promotion.
