If some of things aren't completed as a part of your assigned goals how do you guys usually cover it up? Is it wise to mark it incomplete or do I fill it up with some other activity that I was involved in. Does it even matter ?

Show the incomplete ones as under process and show at least some activity in that project, and explain that one milestone has been achieved and project is under process and should be completed by xx date
