Since everyone is posting about sublevel, actually I do not see any sublevel in my profile.. as mentioned by few people to check in additional data and individual data.. I checked at both the places and I don’t find any such field and m career level is 10. What does it mean not having any sublevel field in workday?

My MAL is 24 months any chance of getting hike/promotions?

I believe it is only for operations Arm. If you work in ATCI, it wont be available. Or zada load mat lo, Jo manager ko krna hoga wohi hoga fir chahe kitne b MAL Certification or performance krlo.

I don’t know if sublevel even means anything. I got promoted to level 10 in Dec 23 and my sublevel currently is 01. You’ll get promoted when your project and managers want. There’s nothing you can do.
