To file a PIL it takes about 10 lac rupees. We will surely lose but people will start talking about how thse foreign companies treat indians as sweatshop labour. They have 0 accountability in the eco system, and they are not even publicly listed despite being this huge.
As per my knowledge, everything works until and unless your base location changed to your project base location in workday. At least they will give us time till jan it seems. My TL they will provide Relocation allowance 🤣. that’s why no hike this cycle…
That's correct. People start receiving email on another phase of RTO and if we interpret it saying projects will be location specific. Though much clarity awaited as they haven't provided enough information but a kind of just heads-up.

What's the point in opening so many offices in different cities in India, when people have to relocate based on project and not on their choices?
Koi In hutiyon ko bataye acc has offices in Jaipur, Indore, noida too, with this logic they will be closed now, I don’t know what leadership wants do they want to see how a developer is pressing the keyboard I mean you can run in hybrid 2-3 days but can they force us to relocate, we have our kids going to school, purchased a flat now thinking our location will be fixed but all of sudden this bunch of idiots making useless descions.

Good news for me: I’m not married, so I have fewer responsibilities. Bad news: My salary is still peanuts.The only reason I continued with this company was the flexibility remote work for 2–3 years. Even shifting to one day WFO was manageable, two days still acceptable… But now, forcing us to re-tag to the same base location and sit right on the manager’s lap using a slow, heavily restricted laptop that struggles to perform basic tasks? That’s where I draw the line.I don’t know what fantasy wo chutiye living in , as if turning on webcams in every town hall and meeting in person is somehow the key to productivity. After that what? Micromanagement 24/7? And people here are so scared that they won’t even post constructive criticism on LinkedIn about leadership decisions…Honestly, it’s better to upskill in new technologies, pursue higher education like MS, move abroad, and escape companies where leadership seems clueless.
