Today i saw promotion list im shocked like one of our project person who is in notice period got promotion arey they faking the promotion by giving to person who is leaving accenture stupid thing and dirty work by our managers does they have any shame by doing so
Guy on notice period would have negotiated promotion in return for withdrawing paper
Do you have that link where we can check promotions list
The thing is either it was default promotion or it was given to her because she is leaving so after one month client dont need to pay for the extra salry, it was decided right when she was leaving. This makes client happy if they are low on budget.
Is there default promotion from analyst to senior analyst..?
